Camp & Raft! (DR1)
Scenic Splash stretch as an overnight camp trip
Perhaps you weren't even considering camping this vacation. Moab adventures begin with spontaneity. An affordable overnight camping rafting adventure could easily replace a night in a hotel. Get your kids camping, away from the electronics, under the stars, mix in water and you have a recipe for an indelible family fun vacation memory. Tag-A-Long guides are with you at every stroke to provide instruction, tips or give you a break on the "mother raft." Younger children ride in the company of our guide on the big raft, parents and teenagers tend to like the challenge of going it on their own or little ones sit between loved ones on the inflatable kayak to bask in togetherness! As far as river rafting trips go Moab Adventures should include this option for the active family.
| Main Attraction | Active paddling river rafting, Class I-II rapids, learning experience, gorgeous Utah canyon, gentle rapids, scenic splash, bonding with loved ones | |||
| Who Should Go | Family, people wanting a hands-on river experience, folks looking for some easy river rafting rapids and playfulness, kids camping for family fun | |||

This great family expedition will accommodate children of all ages and people of all fitness levels. Folks can choose whether to paddle their own inflatable kayak, try paddling a raft as a family, or small children, and those who don't want to paddle, can ride the mother raft with the Tag-A-Long guide. There are more rapids than any other Tag-A-Long expedition, but they are less powerful and intimidating than those on the Colorado River. This is one of the most tremendous rafting camping trips Utah. Fitness Level: Average. Able to play and paddle in the water, but you don't have to swim.
